Individual Therapy in Raleigh, NC — Faith-Based & Evidence-Driven

For the high-achieving woman who's tired of just managing.

You've built a life that looks good from the outside. But underneath the productivity, the leadership, the caregiving — there's an exhaustion that rest doesn't fix. Anxiety that hums quietly in the background even on good days. Patterns in your relationships or your inner life that keep repeating no matter how hard you try to change them.

Individual therapy at Whole + Happy & Healed gives you a private, confidential, clinically rigorous space to understand what's actually driving those patterns — and to heal them at the root, not just manage the symptoms.

Our approach is evidence-based and faith-integrated. You'll work with a licensed therapist who honors your whole self — your clinical needs, your emotional life, and your spiritual foundation

We specialize in:

Anxiety, overthinking, and emotional overwhelm

Burnout and over-functioning

Trauma and unprocessed emotional wounds

Self-worth, identity, and inner critic work

Depression and emotional exhaustion

Life transitions: career, relationships, motherhood, faith shifts

High-functioning women who appear fine and are quietly struggling

Do you accept insurance for individual therapy?

We recommend contacting our office directly to discuss payment options, rates, and any insurance questions. We can also provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement through many insurance providers.

How long does therapy typically last?

It depends on your goals and what you're working through. Some clients find meaningful progress in 12–16 sessions. Others work with us for a year or more on deeper patterns. We assess this collaboratively — you're never locked in, and we're transparent about your progress throughout.
